| Tamy Guberek
Tamy Guberek, B.A., is a field consultant with HRDAG
in Colombia. She
manages existing relationships with Colombian NGO partners on data
projects. She also conducts outreach, training and support on Martus
to human rights organizations.
Prior to her work
with HRDAG, Ms. Guberek worked at Human Rights First
(formerly the Lawyer's Committee for Human Rights) in New York,
in the
International Justice Program. She mainly supported the program
on
issues related to the International Criminal Court.
Ms. Guberek
worked with Ms. Kristen Cibelli and Dr. Ball to conduct
scientifically rigorous research investigating local perceptions
of the
International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in Bosnia
and
Herzegovina from the perspective of local NGOs working on post-conflict
reconstruction and reintegration. This research resulted in the
report
"Justice Unknown, Justice Unsatisfied?: Bosnians Speak Out about the
International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia," co-authored
with Ms.
Cibelli. She received her B.A. in International Relations and Peace
and
Justice Studies from Tufts University.
