Meghan Lynch

Research Consultant

Ms. Lynch is a research consultant for the Human Rights Data Analysis Group and a Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science at Yale University. She was a research fellow in residence at HRDAG from January-June 2007, during which time she worked on projects on Kosovo, Colombia, and Sierra Leone. She is currently writing a dissertation on the dynamics of mass violence against noncombatants. She received a B.A. in Politics and French Literature from the University of Virginia in 2003 and an M.A. in Political Science from Yale in 2005. She has been the recipient of a Jacob K. Javits Graduate Fellowship and is currently a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow.
