Justin Fisher

Justin Fisher, M.S., is a Field Consultant with HRDAG. He has assisted the Commission for Reception, Truth and Reconciliation in Timor-Leste (CAVR) in its efforts to document human rights abuses. In particular Justin developed the sampling frame and designed the sampling methodology for CAVR's Retrospective Mortality Survey.

Previously he has worked for the Statistics division of UNESCAP, the regional UN office for Asia and the Pacific and Westat, a survey research organization in Rockville MD, USA where, among other responsibilities, he was the primary instructor and developer for Wesvar, a statistical program for the analysis of complex survey data. He is currently Assistant Program Specialist in Statistics for UNESCO's Asia and Pacific Regional Bureau for Education mandated to improve the quality of education data in the region.
